- We charge no upfront fees to sellers
- All marketing expenses
are at our cost (print advertising, internet, direct mail,
etc) – unless agreed in writing beforehand.
- Sellers
only pay our success fee if we arrange a sale on terms
and conditions acceptable to the seller.
- No cost, no obligation
consultation – business
owners considering a sale can receive a no charge consultation
on
the likely market
value of their business, how best to market it to maximise
price, and who the possible buyers are. This consultation
is totally
confidential.
