Clyth MacLeod, Managing Director, has over
40 year's experience in business broking and business valuation.
Clyth is also a director of Business Appraisals Ltd (business
valuers), BizStats Ltd (a national database of business sales
information) and Australasian Business Valuations Ltd (consultancy).
As well as authoring many articles and texts Clyth has lectured
nationwide and overseas on business sales and valuation for
many organisations including the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of New Zealand and the International Business Brokers Association
in the USA.
The only business broker to be awarded a Life Membership
by the Real Estate Institute of NZ and a Fellowship by the
International Business Brokers Association he remains active
in the industry and committed to leading a professional team. |

Glorianne Campbell, Director, had a successful career owning and operating
her own businesses as well as a period with a leading supermarket chain
before becoming a business broker.
Since joining Clyth MacLeod in the mid 1990's Glorianne's
focus has been on the hospitality industry and retail food.
While working as a top salesperson (and looking after a family)
she completed the academic and experience requirements to
become an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of NZ (AREINZ).
Glorianne is passionate about the industry. Currently President of the Auckland District of the Real Estate
Institute of New Zealand and a committee member of the Business
brokers Special Interest Group. She is a regular attendee
of overseas conferences aimed at ongoing learning and is
keen to assist in the further development and sharing of
knowledge with the team of specialized salespeople within
the company. Glorianne holds the designation of a Certified Business Intermediary of the International Business Brokers Association.
She brings strong people and marketing skills to the company
and is a major contributor to its continuing success.
