Cathy has an extensive background in the food industry.

Starting as a waitress she has subsequently worked as a breakfast and buffet chef, second chef, sous chef, and head chef in a number of well known restaurants.  She has studied with the AIT and with London City and Guilds.

She has been contract caterer for several substantial clubs with considerable "front of house" and management / administration experience.

Cathy has also worked as Sales Manager and account executive in the advertising industry.
